Trinity Breathing

Try to do this exercise in high comfort level as feeling your body being clear to get into the rhythm in the space. This breathing brings the stable mental balance and leads to go back and blend in to the primordial root.

Get ready.

Sit, lie face up, lie on your side - you can fold your legs, or stand upright. Keep your back straight all the time.

It is easy to activate the brain equally if you start with doing the short and quick prana breathing to the brain for some time first and start doing the trinity breathing. If you have the brain breathing down then you can start with the trinity breathing from the start.

Practice

Breathe in to three central chakras; the top, the base, and the center, per each breath - inhale/exhale. One last time, draw a breath from the center to across your entire body. Fill each part with the light as you breathe in and then breathe out trying to activate them.
1. The center area of the brain. (the thalamus the pineal gland, the pituitary gland) (Please refer to the brain breathing and the third-eye breathing.) 2. The abdominal area (the bellybutton, and the point below the navel). 3. The heart and the top and bottom chakra (the throat, the solar nervous plexus). 4. Breathing to the entire body with the central focus on the heart including the top (the brain) and the base (the abdominal area).

Start with number 1, 2, and 3 breathing with a small breath as trying to see each central point and then try to draw a deeper breath little by little.

Try to clarify each of Trinity with 1, 2, and 3 breathing. At the time of number 4 breathing, trying to breathe deep from the heart as trying to integrate all them.

The above 1 to 4 is one round. You can pause a little before the next set breathing exercise. * Each breathing takes care of the both chakras next to each of the top, the base, and the center chakra.

* Image your body and mind become the crystal (the crystalline body) each time you breathe.


Activation of Energy body

When you get to do this breathing, the elemental particles begin to activate naturally during the number four breathing, and they will start the right-left revolving energy movement in the form of like an abacus bead. When you become skillful of this breathing, this phenomenon can occur at the first round of it. In this case, keep doing only the number four breathing and try to boost up the energy movement more. (Try to lead the energy to make it more powerful.) And then, it is effective to follow the breathing procedure from number one to number four once in a while.

In this way of breathing, it is able to conduct the powerful energy movement of the elemental particles.
Taking survey of the whole, there is an energy body in the form of like an abacus bead around the brain during the number one breathing, and there is one around the abdominal area in the number two breathing, and also there is one around the heart in number three breathing, and then a large one to wrap around the whole body.

Try to boost up the power little by little when you breathe in. You will feel the energy is activated and spiraling up. After a while, you will be feeling like you are floating in space in this form.

Try to do the number four breathing powerfully and then lastly after the deepest and longest breath try to hold a breath for a while. Your mind can travel to the other dimension world in each level.
