World Labyrinth Breathing Methods

My soul flew out of my body with the force of a nuclear explosion and became a light atom of the universe.
I think I did not stay there for long. I feel that it was probably only a dozen seconds.
And afterwards I returned to my body. My chest was burning hot.
I saw God several times later. There was a hierarchy in God as well. Eventually I saw the Absolute God.
I believe that this can be experienced by anyone.
I am currently painting a picture for the meditation.
